​Payments not received by 5th will be charged a $50 late fee.​

If you are currently under eviction,

DO NOT make a payment online. 

 

Accepted payment methods while a tenant is under eviction proceedings include cashier's check, money order, or certified check ONLY.

Online Payment

You must be registered in the tenant portal to make an online payment.

A 3% fee will be charged for paying online.
